Learning Content Specialist Role

You will be responsible for creating and producing high-quality learning content in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Manage multiple vendors and content subject matter experts to deliver engaging learning content for education.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects and the content production process from ideation to publication, ensuring timely delivery and optimal audience engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance and implement strategies for enhancement.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and propose solutions to remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies in content workflows to streamline processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and legal departments, to facilitate content-related tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Instructional design expertise and strong understanding of creating instructional content.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to content production and distribution.
  • Content Management Systems: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms and content management best practices.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and evolving content landscape.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze content performance data and derive actionable insights.
Qualifications
  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in learning design and technology or equivalent years of experience.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of work experience in content creation, certification exam publishing, and/or project management.
  • BIM Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the BIM industry and understanding of how software is taught in the classroom.
  • Collaboration Skills: Consistent track record in working cross-functionally to deliver content on time and with quality.
