Job Description

The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist will work closely with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans for capability development programs. This includes building learning partnerships and collaborations with academic institutions and training providers to co-develop and leverage on learning platforms and latest methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-developing and implementing L&D strategies and frameworks in conjunction with the Director;
  • Planning and operationalising these L&D strategies and frameworks;
  • Working closely with HR and other stakeholders to undertake horizon-scanning and build learning partnerships and collaborations;
  • Leading/collaborating with teams in program development and curriculum design;
  • Planning and monitoring the learning budget to support L&D strategies;
  • Developing and delivering learning content via learning platforms using latest methodologies;
  • Designing strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs;
  • Assisting in the monitoring of key deliverables of the People Development team.
