Job Title: Strategic Learning and Development Executive

The role of the Strategic Learning and Development Executive is to develop, implement, and manage an organization-wide annual learning and development plan that drives business performance and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all employees receive the necessary training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge, thereby improving overall job satisfaction and productivity.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing a comprehensive annual learning and development plan that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives;
  • Identifying and recommending training programs and resources that meet the needs of employees at all levels;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deliver effective training solutions;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement;
  • Managing budgets and forecasts for training initiatives;
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff as needed;

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Adult Education, Business Management, or a related field;
  • Expert training planning and delivery skills;
  • Solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Able to travel frequently for business purposes;
  • Familiarity with the East Asian market is highly advantageous.
