Job Title: Senior Learning Development SpecialistJoin us in shaping the future of our organization through innovative learning and development initiatives. Job Description:The Senior Learning Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive Learning and Development strategies and plans to enhance our company's capability development programs. This includes building strong partnerships and collaborations with academic institutions and training providers to co-develop and leverage learning platforms and latest methodologies. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the collective leadership within our organization to drive system/organisational excellence and health. Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-develop and implement Learning and Development strategies and frameworks for the company, ensuring their effective planning and operationalisation.
  • Work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to undertake horizon-scanning and build strategic learning partnerships and collaborations with academic institutions and training providers.
  • Lead/collaborate with cross-functional teams in the program development and curriculum design of capability development programs.
  • Monitor the learning budget to support L&D strategies and track the utilisation of funds.
  • Develop curriculum and deliver learning content via learning platforms and latest methodologies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, tracking participation rates and return on investment.
  • Assist in monitoring key deliverables of the People Development team.
 Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree in related studies.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
