Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned learning and development specialist to join our team in designing, implementing, and managing impactful learning programs that foster a risk-conscious culture among employees.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate learning and development, with a proven track record of scaling adult learning programs, particularly those focused on behavioral science and risk management. Strong stakeholder management skills and a good understanding of risk frameworks and change management best practices are essential for this role.

They will leverage analytics and learner feedback to continuously optimize content and delivery, ensuring high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships.
