Lead Instructional Designer Position

The Lead Instructional Designer oversees the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning experiences across the organization. This role involves leading instructional design strategies, mentoring a team of designers, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), and ensuring alignment of training solutions with business goals.

This position requires:

  • Experience in leading end-to-end instructional design processes for complex learning programs, including onboarding, compliance, technical training, and leadership development.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to lead a team of instructional designers and content developers.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a variety of instructional materials and learning solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in a lead or senior design role.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are also essential.
