Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Solutions Expert to support integration projects and IT transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, designing middleware solutions, integrating systems and platforms, and ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable operations across enterprise applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing middleware platforms, including IBM DataPower and API Connect. They will use APIs, JSON, and XML to facilitate system interoperability and execute provisioning, configuration, testing, and deployment across Windows and Linux environments.

Additionally, the IT Solutions Expert will liaise with business users to gather integration requirements and translate them into actionable system specifications. They will participate in meetings, document user needs, create meeting minutes, and ensure alignment between technical design and business expectations.

Other key responsibilities include providing 2nd and 3rd level support for middleware systems, provisioning and configuring middleware components on Windows/Linux, ensuring secure and optimal connectivity using TCP/IP, VPN, and firewall configurations.

The IT Solutions Expert will also monitor integration points and maintain the performance of middleware and related infrastructure, responding to alerts, logs, and incidents; ensuring timely resolution to meet agreed SLAs.

Furthermore, they will enforce endpoint protection, monitor for vulnerabilities, and support remediation activities, participate in data breach and incident management procedures in alignment with PDPA and organizational compliance frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. They should possess hands-on experience in IT system or infrastructure support roles, knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and desktop operating systems.

Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN) and experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup tools is essential. The candidate should also have an understanding of cybersecurity principles and system hardening practices.
