Senior Learning Solutions Specialist

This role involves the end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives to support business growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, be able to conduct thorough needs analyses, design effective training solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Collaborate with business units to identify training requirements, recommend suitable vendors, and implement effective programmes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders on training-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Co-develop structured learning pathways and competency frameworks with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design and manage curriculum programmes in partnership with business partners to achieve desired outcomes.
- Facilitate in-house training sessions and lead organisation-wide learning initiatives to drive business performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and implementing targeted learning solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and learning partnering skills to build effective relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts.
- Proven experience in curriculum and programme management to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Professional certifications in L&D will be an added advantage.
- Team player with excellent communication and writing skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
