Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as an Innovation Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of innovative learning solutions. Your expertise in education technology, business management, and innovation will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth across the sector.

The successful candidate will have a master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5-8 years of experience in the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector. You will possess strong communication skills, including written and verbal presentation skills, and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Additionally, you should have prior experience in facilitating commercialization and driving ecosystem growth.

As an Innovation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing strategies to proliferate the adoption of proven learning innovations.
  2. Fostering ecosystem development through platforms such as innovation showcases and community-building initiatives.
  3. Crafting engaging content for our microsite and other media platforms.
  4. Contributing to the development and enhancement of new and existing programmes.
Requirements
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, innovation and/or business management, education technology, or learning sciences.
  • At least 5-8 years of working experience in the TAE sector or a related role in Business Development / Corporate Development / Strategic Planning.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
