Learning Specialist

The Learning Specialist will support International Business Development and Capability Development in:
- working with stakeholders to develop and review learning opportunities
- design and develop unique learning solutions for learners to meet business needs and improve workplace performance
The Learning Specialist is sociable, logical and well-spoken. He/she has good problem-solving skills and is creative in developing effective learning solutions by integrating adult learning pedagogies and learning technologies. He/she is in touch with the latest trends in learning pedagogies and tools so that the learning solutions developed are up-to-date and effective.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Engage stakeholders to determine the learning solutions, performance goals, etc
**Courseware Development**
- Conduct all activities required in the various stages of courseware development. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Identifying learning needs, performance gaps and delivery modes
- Developing learning, assessment and evaluation plan; learning assets such as videos, infographics, learner guides, trainer guides etc.;
- Managing learning management system, etc
- Analyse feedback and review courseware for continuous improvement
**Training Administration and Delivery**
- Provide training administration and delivery where applicable and needed
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder with 3 - 5 years of working experience in engaging stakeholders, developing courseware with various delivery modes
- Have experience working or developing curricula and courses for the food services and manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Possess ACTA/ACLP
- Possess DACE or DDDLP is desirable
