Job Title: English Learning Specialist

The role of an English Learning Specialist is to develop and implement effective English language programs for young children. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and learning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Job Description:

This position involves developing and conducting English composition and language lessons in accordance with the school's framework and guidelines. The specialist will also create and execute dynamic programs and activities that engage children in the learning process.

Additionally, the specialist will foster a supportive and safe environment where children can thrive and develop. They will monitor, assess, and document children's progress and growth.

The specialist will also set up an inviting and interactive learning space that sparks curiosity and exploration. They will keep parents informed regularly about their child's progress and well-being.

Furthermore, the specialist will continuously document children's learning experiences, providing updates to parents and preparing developmental portfolios and progress reports.

They will work closely with fellow educators, providing mutual support and collaboration as needed.
