About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Learning and Talent Development initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's future by developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee capabilities, drive business growth, and foster a positive work environment.
Your primary objective will be to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs that address the needs of all employees, from entry-level staff to senior leaders. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify talent gaps, develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and ensure succession planning for critical positions.
You will also oversee the development and implementation of organizational effectiveness initiatives, including employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion programs. Your expertise will help us create a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
To excel in this role, you will possess a strong track record of success in Learning and Development, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent management. Your exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate complex ideas simply, and influence decision-makers.
A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Development, is required. A master's degree or higher is preferred. 15-20 years of experience in Learning and Development within reputable organizations is essential.
