Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Learning Director to lead and drive the development of our learning strategy, ensuring best-in-class content and delivery as the centre of excellence. This role will foster a culture of continuous learning across our community.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and own our learning strategic framework, by owning the design and deployment of facilitated and self-paced learning, managing learning operations, and expanding access to experiential learning.
  2. Work closely with key stakeholders to enhance both our capabilities and those of our partners, through ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful learning strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
