**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As the Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing eLearning content that includes courseware design and training content creation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop eLearning content that consists of various media types such as video, animation, and other instructional technologies.
  • Develop storyboards that will be translated into finished interactive content.
  • Develop instructional materials, manuals, aide memoires, and learning resources.
  • Develop and design courseware by incorporating technology and relevant learning pedagogies for effective learning.
  • Develop assessment criteria, tests, assignments, and examinations.
  • Work with project managers to define project scope (level of interactivity, objectives, timeline, etc.).
  • Collaborate with content developers to design and develop engaging interactive courseware for adult learning.
  • Perform courseware testing and evaluate courseware based on approved storyboards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in any discipline, with a preference for degrees in instructional design, education, psychology, instructional technology, or related qualifications.
  • Post-graduate qualification in education or instructional design is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and/or training.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and engaging storyboards using various techniques.
  • Strong skills in instructional technology, video editing, animation, graphic design, Adobe Photoshop, and storytelling.
