Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our dynamic onsite content team. The ideal candidate must excel in content creation and have a passion for the FMCG industry, particularly Beauty Personal Care brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker to contribute to a rewarding partnership between Oliver and Unilever, which has established a global footprint of U-Studios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing insights and strategic responses to briefs such as Campaigns, Interruptive or Needs-Based Content, and New Product Development
  • Advocating for a mobile-first and short-form content agenda aligned with best practices
  • Evaluating ideas and concepts against strategy frameworks
  • Establishing effective collaboration with U-Studio, internal teams, and specialist partners
  • Acting as a content expert and advocate within U-Studio, serving as a subject matter expert
  • Advising clients and colleagues on effective Content Strategies to inform content briefs and requirements
  • Implementing content strategies across all necessary touchpoints to meet client briefs
  • Managing stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops on content-related topics
  • Ensuring right-first-time content development by leveraging insights and collaborations
  • Driving scalable content effectiveness by leveraging learnings from Insight teams and specialist partners
  • Developing measurement approaches and frameworks in collaboration with internal insight functions

The Content Strategist plays a crucial role in U-Studio for developing best-in-class content and multi-channel activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Strategy role with Content Strategy as a core function
  • Strong understanding of Content Marketing across various channels
  • Proficiency in Content Formats, Performance, Testing, Optimization, and Search
  • Familiarity with Content Publishing and Distribution methods and technologies
  • Ability to interpret multi-channel insight reports and present work based on robust insights
  • Passion for staying updated on content-related trends and technological advances
  • Experience in working in a multi-stakeholder environment and fast-paced settings
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and collaboration abilities
  • Previous experience in FMCG, especially in Personal Care/Skincare
  • Desire for continuous learning, strong relationship-building skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to lead creative teams effectively and communicate across all levels in the business
  • Discretion in handling confidential information and a proactive, enthusiastic team player
  • Curiosity about AI and new technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt
