Job Opportunity: Strategic Communications Leader

The role requires a dynamic and innovative individual to shape the organization's digital communications, social media presence, and steer public-facing narratives that reflect the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities include translating complex subject matters into accessible content, deepening engagement with diverse audiences, managing all social media channels, developing compelling content in support of campaigns, and working on digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital and Social Media: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to build meaningful connections with diverse audiences online and create positive mindshare. Distill complex topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences, selecting the right tone and format for each channel. Create and maintain various content types (images, video, and text) on our digital platforms through planned digital marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Multimedia: Create/design materials for print, digital, and social media platforms (e.g., website content, Facebook/Instagram posts, eDM campaign designs, YouTube videos, Mobile App content). Determine how best to represent a concept visually, produce illustrative material, script, shot list, storyboard, and creative direction aligned to the organization's brand value propositions and key message objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field, with at least 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good understanding of web-related technology, web operations, content management, business requirements, and user experience.
  • Experience in digital content creation and copywriting.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
