Job Overview

This is a senior-level position for an experienced HR professional to lead organizational transformation projects that enhance HR processes, systems and governance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR transformation, operations or project management and possess excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end planning and execution of HR transformation projects, identifying process gaps and inefficiencies, aligning HR policies with operational needs and driving stakeholder engagement and change management strategies.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR transformation, operations or project management.
  • Proven success in HR process redesign, policy development and systems implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
