Job Title: Senior HR Strategist

As a Senior HR Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership across all HR functions, balancing long-term vision with effective daily operations.
  • Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, and succession planning.
  • Lead performance management, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
  • Drive HR digital transformation, including adoption and optimisation of HR technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, organisational policies, and governance standards.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals in a complex operational environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with Graduate Diploma in Human Resource, Organisation Development or Supply Chain Management and its equivalent or certification in HR (for example, SHRMSCP or equivalent).
  • At least 15 years of HR experience, including 10 years in senior leadership, preferably within public healthcare, logistics, or supply chain sectors.

Expertise in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
