Job Title: HR Data Strategist

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an HR Data Strategist. This role involves analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform strategic decisions in the HR department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis, HR metrics, and KPIs. Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis methods and tools, including Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs and their role in strategic decision-making.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar HR analytics tools.
  • Regional HR experience, ability to collaborate with HR teams across multiple countries for data consolidation and reporting.
