Job Title: Senior Cloud Transformation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our cloud infrastructure transformation strategy. As a Senior Cloud Transformation Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive roadmap for cloud infrastructure evolution, aligning with business objectives.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for cloud infrastructure evolution, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects, focusing on timely completion and exceptional quality.
  • Promote agile methodologies, adapting Scrum or hybrid approaches as needed to optimize team efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration between technical stakeholders, software architects, technical leads, product owners, product managers, and experience designers to drive collective success.
  • Oversee medium-scale migrations with minimal disruption, prioritizing performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish and refine DevOps best practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance developer agility and productivity.
  • Implement and automate CI/CD pipeline strategies to accelerate delivery and improve release frequency.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance cloud scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Negotiate vendor relationships, manage contracts, and optimize technology utilization to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge and ensure developer reliability and productivity.
  • Drive enterprise-scale cloud and DevOps transformation initiatives, defining and enforcing best practices for infrastructure, deployment, and operations within the IoT platform.
  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting career growth and progression, while providing regular feedback and conducting evaluations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading cloud infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to negotiate vendor relationships and manage contracts.
  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices and tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline strategies and automation tools.
