We are seeking an experienced Major Gift Manager to join our Quess Singapore team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fundraiser to take their career to the next level and make a real difference in the lives of our beneficiaries.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in securing major gifts and be able to build effective relationships with key stakeholders. They will be responsible for leading and facilitating gift structuring to optimize donor's gift purpose and managing the process of closing the gift. Proactively identifying, developing and delivering engagement opportunities to donors to ensure the maximization of their financial and non-financial support is also a key aspect of this role.

The Major Gift Manager will collaborate with colleagues in various departments to develop and maintain a coordinated approach in support of overall departmental and wide goals. Guiding junior level fundraisers in their fundraising efforts and working with the General Giving team to cultivate and steer donors to the next level of giving are also key responsibilities.

This role requires the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders and management, as well as experience managing complex and diverse relationships. Healthcare or research fundraising experience is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. The ideal candidate will also have impeccable professional integrity, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least a degree in any discipline. At least 8 years of experience in fundraising with a proven track record in securing major gifts is required. They should have experience managing a team of 2-3 persons with diverse experience.

A strong understanding of the needs and priorities of our organization and the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are also required.
