**The responsibilities of this role are**:

- Attend to enquires on gift finance matters from internal or external parties.
- Work with stakeholders to support audit and certification process.
- Prepare management report, schedules, external and internal compliance reporting and cash flow projection.
- Work with stakeholders to meet operation efficiencies. Support implementation of system enhancement from time to time to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Undertake and perform projects as assigned.
- Attend to all matters related to US Foundation. This includes processing of gifts, US tax filing, preparing for annual board meetings, liaising with faculties etc.
- Bachelor degree from a recognised university or professional education in accounting or finance.
- At least 3 years execution experience in relevant areas of finance/accounting.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-tasking.
- Strong communications and relationship skills.
- Resourceful and confident to communicate/ interact with multiple stakeholders of the University.
- Ability to work well in a team and as an individual.
- Proficient in Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
