Facilities Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Executive to join our team. As the go-to person for facilities upkeep and optimization, you will oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety.

This role offers a blend of hands-on oversight, strategy, and sustainability focus. You will be responsible for ensuring every corner of our building operates smoothly and efficiently.

  • Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of M&E equipment to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Manage and renew service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they remain current and compliant.
  • Propose improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building functionality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
  • Implement energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with our sustainability goals.
  • Lead risk management, emergency planning, and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly reports, attend client meetings, and provide updates on facility operations.
Requirements
  • Holding a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management/facilities maintenance/equipment management.
  • Green Mark and FSM certified candidates are highly preferred.
  • Skilled in customer service, with strong communication abilities.
  • Knowledgeable about complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.
