Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the optimal performance and reliability of our ACMV system.

  • Ensure high levels of facility reliability, availability, and operational efficiency for our ACMV system.
  • Resolve complex operation issues for our ACMV system and other operating spaces like laboratories and clean rooms.
  • Maintain plant efficiency within optimal performance parameters.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on sustainability projects and technology deployment/implementation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on specific projects and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and monitor the performance of specialists and sub-contractors.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in ACMV or M&E with construction background.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
