Building System Optimization Expert

As a BMS Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functioning of Building Management Systems.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for maintenance and service works. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and Organization
- Liasing with Subcontractors
- System Maintenance and Upgrades
- Optimizing Energy Consumption
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and implement Preventive Maintenance work timely to ensure compliance with all authorities and client requirements.
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for quotations and purchase orders.
- Perform routine checks, system backups and restorations, troubleshooting, and upgrading/improvement of systems.
- Optimize BMS to reduce overall building energy consumption.
Applicants must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline. A proactive individual who can work independently is essential. The ideal candidate should also have good interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask, and achieve deliverables on schedule.
Proficiency in generating project reports via Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
