Building Operations Specialist

The Building Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless management of building services. This includes planning, scheduling, controlling, and coordinating maintenance activities to optimize facility performance.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of supervisors and skilled workers to carry out tasks efficiently, liaising with clients and stakeholders to meet requirements, and monitoring project progress to report to senior management.

Able to handle client feedback positively and close the loop via formal communication, as well as write incident reports upon collecting data and information.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Management or any related field
  • Committed, positive attitude and ability to handle projects independently
  • Good team player with leadership skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, including 2 years in Singapore
