Building Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Operations Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our property management group, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a portfolio, including ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations. Your expertise in building operations will enable you to provide exceptional service to tenants while managing the day-to-day activities of our properties.
- Confirm that services are provided in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary actions.
- Respond to tenant concerns in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, as well as any necessary repairs or renovations.
- Manage rent collections and expense payments, ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges.
- Forecast and prepare annual budgets, providing variance explanations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of building operations principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
