Building Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Building Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the building trade team and ensuring they meet their service performance expectations.
The ideal candidate will have strong contract management skills and experience working with vendors. You will also be responsible for monitoring vendor KPIs and verifying performance reports and invoices.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site lead and group FM building trade lead to establish clear accountability, expectations, and deliverables for the site building trade team.
- Assist in contract management for civil & building systems, covering pre- and post-signing responsibilities including service level monitoring, escalation of issues, legal disputes, contract reviews, and retention as part of the annual TPM review.
- Ensure building team members understand their accountability for service performance.
- Support facilities operations including system breakdown investigations, inspections, audits, and maintenance program reviews.
- Oversee specialist vendors and maintenance agents to ensure they meet KPIs and maintain consistent performance.
- Oversee and monitor specialist vendors' contract performance (e.g., irrigation systems, water dispensers, boilers).
- Ensure compliance with contract management and procurement policies.
- Provide expert guidance on contract matters to project managers and operational staff.
- Develop and harmonize trade-related SOPs and working instructions aligned with cluster institutions, SSCP, and industry best practices.
- Regularly review and update policies, SOPs, and instructions to ensure operational relevance and effectiveness.
- Monitor vendor KPIs and verify performance reports and invoices monthly to ensure compliance before approval.
