Building Infrastructure Specialist

The role entails providing expert guidance on contract matters to project managers and operational staff, ensuring seamless integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within building structures.
- Oversee and coordinate all construction activities to align with project objectives while managing schedules for timely execution.
- Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP engineers, as well as contractors to implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, oversee site operations, and ensure effective MEP system integration.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enforce strict safety protocols during construction.
- Maintain detailed records of design changes, construction progress, and quality control measures, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- At least 4 years of experience in large-scale building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge in architectural design, structural engineering, and MEP integration.
- Proficiency in project management tools, strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Positive work attitude with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
