Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

As a key member of the HR team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to support the company's growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to its success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Manage job postings, advertisements, and other recruitment materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.

  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Partner with the HR team to develop and maintain a strong employer brand and create engaging content to attract top talent.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management.

  • Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles with high-quality candidates.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Experience with recruitment software and systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human capital management (HCM) platforms.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
