Job Summary:

The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, managing job postings and applicant tracking across various platforms, staying updated with employment laws, providing guidance on employment law and regulatory changes to the HR team and management, preparing recruitment reports and metrics for management, developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and conducting initial screenings and interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.

About This Role:

  • This role requires a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or shared services is required.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and experience with work pass processes are essential.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also necessary.
