HR Talent Acquisition Specialist">

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with strong recruitment experience to support business objectives through effective talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with labour laws.

The ideal candidate is proactive, meticulous, and capable of working collaboratively across departments and with regional HR teams. They will play a pivotal role in managing the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

The successful candidate will ensure all employment documentation is accurately processed and filed. They will also conduct HR orientation and onboarding programs for new employees and handle all work pass applications and processes.

  • Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance

They will manage timely renewals, cancellations, and updates of work passes, serve as the key point of contact for work pass queries from employees and authorities, and stay updated on changes in MOM regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

  • OFWAS (Online Foreign Workers Address Service)
  • MWOC (Migrant Worker Onboarding Centre)

The individual will maintain accurate and timely address updates for foreign workers in the OFWAS system, support foreign employees with address registrations and updates, coordinate the onboarding of migrant workers through the MWOC process, and guide workers through documentation requirements and ensure timely submission to MOM portals.

  • Training & Certification

They will monitor and assist in the acquisition and uploading of mandatory training certificates, maintain up-to-date training records, and ensure compliance with MOM guidelines.

  • HR Administration & Support

The successful candidate will support general HR administrative functions, including employee record management, query resolution, and coordination of HR-related tasks, and assist in managing foreign workers' matters such as security bonds, PCP, and travel arrangements.

  • Compliance & Reporting

They will ensure HR operations comply with the Employment Act and MOM standards, prepare and submit reports to government bodies as required, participate in internal audits, and maintain complete documentation for regulatory purposes.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and HR operations
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour laws and MOM policies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in handling confidential information with integrity
  • Analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
