Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Office Coordinator.

  • Manage office facilities, stationery, and visitor reception services.
  • Provide meeting support: preparation, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle procurement for office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage inventory, stock movement, and monthly checks.
  • Support training administration: scheduling, materials, and records.
  • Collect and organize administrative data, documents, and reports for filing and basic analysis.
  • Coordinate and assist in day-to-day general administration and operational matters.
  • Oversee office facilities and coordinate equipment repair.
  • Assist with license applications and renewals.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 year of administrative/office experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
