Hotel Operations Coordinator

The Hotel Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and services. This includes meeting and greeting visitors, leading them to their rooms, and providing a warm welcome script.
Responsibilities:
- To meet and greet visitors, lead them to their room and provide a welcoming experience
- To attend to enquires from staff and courier services, and receive mail
- To offer beverage choices to management staff and external guests, and assist in serving or arranging for staff to serve
- To check on meeting room set up standards, floral arrangements, and report any facility faults
- To provide accurate directions to meeting venues and office locations
- To maintain a list of amenities and facilities in the surrounding area, including operating hours and contact numbers
- To book executive meeting rooms
- To provide taxi booking services
- To have emergency guest amenities such as sewing kits, first aid kits, stationery, and umbrellas
- To receive feedback from guests or staff on facilities and services
- To assist in overseeing events or VIP meetings at the executive conference suite
- To coordinate and manage vendors/caterers onsite for VIP/executive events
- To assist in managing rooms and submitting weekly reports
- To handle common and executive meeting room enquiries via phone/email/Teams
Requirements:
- Minimally GCE 'O' Level
- Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words
- Working experience as a customer service executive is an advantage
About The Role
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
