About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Commercial Performance: Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact 'big bets' to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.
  • Design Commercial Incentives: Develop and refine sales incentive structures to drive desired commercial behaviors and maximize ROI on sales investments.
  • Ai-Driven Commercial Transformation: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define and implement AI use cases that improve sales productivity, lead conversion, and decision intelligence.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and insight-backed recommendations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience and proven track record in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the fintech industry.
  • Significant experience in management consulting, ideally from a globally recognized firm.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.
