**Revenue Growth Strategist Wanted for Global Floorcare Leadership

 

Job Description:
  • Lead commercial analysis of floorcare product lifecycle, including launches, portfolio strategy, channel mix, pricing, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Own floorcare revenue performance management globally, ensuring category P&L aligns with business objectives.

As a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist, you will shape our global revenue growth strategy, maximize revenue opportunities, and translate data into narratives that inform decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Category Revenue Leadership – Floorcare:
    • Define the right new product range for global markets, including customer exclusives, to maximise market relevance and revenue opportunities.
    • Partner with global markets to develop, review, and govern market-level Floorcare-specific revenue strategies.
  2. New Product Launch Planning & Execution:
    • Lead end-to-end product launch planning for Floorcare, collaborating with Supply, Operations, BU Commercial, and Finance.
    • Ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans and post-launch analysis.
  3. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Partnership:
    • Collaborate with Global Analytics, Data, Marketing, and Floorcare BU teams for robust data, reporting, and governance.
    • Support global markets with commercial guidance for Floorcare launches and optimisations.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, revenue management, business strategy, or category development roles, preferably with global or regional scope.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with Excel and Tableau.
