The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team at Microsoft is responsible for the commercial partner business, aiming to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners. As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in empowering partners to achieve more.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic partner business plan aligned with Microsoft goals and objectives.
- Grow partner business through solution selling, device sales, and business transformation.
- Collaborate with partners to transform their sales and deployment strategies.
- Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders of complex partners.
- Lead the integration of skills, capability, and capacity plans for partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development experience in the technology industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior leaders of the organization.
