Job Title:
Patient Experience Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support the Office of Patient Experience in managing feedback and responses within the Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients and families receive exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in patients and families as well as phone calls to the OPE Hotline. They will review and follow up with appropriate actions on the feedback received, compile feedback documentation for filing and provide timely updates into the feedback database.


In addition, they will respond to general feedback and enquiries, providing accurate and empathetic communication to resolve issues and improve patient experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English and a second language.


Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in healthcare industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Effectively bilingual in English and a second language
  • Able to handle high work volumes and work at a fast pace with accuracy
  • Enjoys engaging people and thrives on working in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
