Role Summary

This role is a pivotal position that requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless patient experiences. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage patient information, handle complaints, and provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of patient information.
  • Maintain all documents and data according to hospital policies.
  • Support patients, doctors, and internal stakeholders with inquiries and appointments.
  • Coordinate patient admissions and act as the primary point of contact for smooth patient journeys.
  • Practice active listening and probing skills to understand patient needs.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with patients and families.
  • Support initiatives to provide exceptional patient service.
  • Handle complaints and difficult situations tactfully.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in any discipline.
  • Ability to work on rotation for 24/7 on-call duties.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in healthcare or service-related industries, preferably in frontline or customer-facing roles.
