Coordinating Patient Care

The Coordinating Patient Care role is a key position in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and managing their care journey from appointment scheduling to follow-up.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider availability and patient convenience.
  • Insurance Support: Assist patients with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and billing inquiries, coordinating with the billing department as needed.
  • Follow-Up Care: Monitor patient progress, schedule follow-up appointments, and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence to support the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • A-Level, diploma, or university qualifications required.
  • At least one year of experience in a related field (added advantage).
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • English proficiency necessary for effective communication and documentation.
