
Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care by performing various tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Registration: Ensure accurate and efficient registration of patients, including capturing necessary information and verifying identification documents.
- Concierge Services: Provide warm and welcoming service to patients and visitors, including assisting with wayfinding, wheelchair assistance, and concierge services.
- Information Counter: Manage the information counter, responding to queries and providing accurate information to patients and visitors.
- Complaints/Feedback: Handle complaints and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues through service recovery techniques.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of the department.
Key Qualifications:
- Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Experience: Experience in a healthcare or customer-facing environment.
- Scheduling Systems: Knowledge of scheduling and appointment scheduling systems.
- Administrative Support: Basic cashiering and administrative support skills.
