**Childcare Teacher Role Summary:**

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with young children and help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced Child Care/Daycare Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and providing high-quality care and education to our students.
  • Design and implement a full schedule of activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students, ensuring they have a fun and educational experience.
  • Balance teaching between logical and social exercises to promote cognitive development and social skills in our students.
  • Provide basic care and caregiving activities, such as feeding, bathing, and soothing, to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our students.
  • Evaluate children's performance regularly to assess their progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns they may have.
  • Observe children's interactions and promote a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect among them.
  • Identify behavioral problems and take appropriate action to address them, in consultation with other teachers and school administrators.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum and extracurricular activities, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive education for our students.
  • Familiarize yourself with teaching standards and safety regulations to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for our students.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Child Care/Daycare Teacher, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of child development principles and up-to-date education methods.
  • Methodical and creative approach to teaching and lesson planning.
  • Patient, flexible, and passionate about working with children.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
