Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll administration. They should also possess proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems, as well as strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives and projects, and will be responsible for preparing and distributing payroll reports to management as needed. They will also administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll administration
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
