Senior Human Resources Leader

About the Role:
The organization seeks an experienced Senior Human Resources Leader to drive strategic HR initiatives and oversee all aspects of Human Resources in India. As a senior leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the growth of the workforce from 2,000 to 3,000 employees across multiple manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading HR strategy and operations at the India manufacturing sites
- Managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and development
- Building and scaling HR capabilities to facilitate the hiring of over 1,600 employees for a new plant in Gujarat
- Mentoring and expanding the existing HR team, ensuring their professional growth and development
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. You must demonstrate a proven ability to manage large blue-collar workforces, scale HR functions effectively, and possess strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skills. Additionally, excellent English language skills are essential for effective communication within the organization.
