About the Role

The Senior Human Resource Executive plays a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition and management for the organization.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and facilitate timely, quality hires.
  • Develop and execute talent attraction initiatives, encompassing employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Spearhead the oversight of recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Mentor Talent Acquisition team members to enhance their capabilities and support the delivery of recruitment goals.
  • Maintain robust candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles, particularly within high-demand environments.
  • Analyze and report Talent Acquisition metrics to inform data-driven hiring decisions.
HR Support Functions
  • Support the HR Manager in HR-related projects and initiatives requiring recruitment input.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure accurate and timely sharing of Talent Acquisition information, supporting HR operations and consistent service delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function to elevate candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience in high-demand industries, including a minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving successful recruitment outcomes in high-demand industries.
  • Experience in using Recruitment Management Systems (RMS), other recruitment tools, or similar platforms.
  • Strong supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, resilient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
