
Senior Human Resources Director

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Leader to drive our people strategies and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing comprehensive human resources policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic human resources plans to align with organizational objectives.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding, and oversee compensation and benefits administration.
- Drive performance management processes, including employee appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Provide HR advisory support to senior leaders and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance staff growth and capabilities.
- Lead employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture and high levels of job satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational behavior.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a senior leadership team.
