Job Title: Platform Due Diligence Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Partnerships team as a Platform Due Diligence Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional onboarding support to customers of Wise's partners who utilize our platform/API services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a seamless due diligence support and onboarding experience for platform end-customers.
  • Review CDD/EDD documents and collaborate with various departments to guarantee optimal transfer speeds.
  • Identify, gather data, and escalate product issues (bugs) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing daily feedback to specialists or team leads.
  • Work with other Due Diligence teams to expand PDD coverage to all necessary regions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of platform building blocks, verification models, customer models, country risks, and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.
  • Perform Due Diligence on existing, new, and/or potential platform end-customers based on risk mitigation controls and trigger events.
  • Provide guidance and responses to daily inquiries from peers, front-line, and management regarding due diligence matters and case analysis.
  • Assess the risk level of referred profiles and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with updates and changes in Wise's internal risk-based approach to KYC/CDD.
Requirements:
  • You are a Singaporean Citizen/Permanent Resident of Singapore.
  • Prior experience with KYC/DD for enterprise/business customers in a fintech/tech/banking environment is ideal.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with other languages a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and self-organization.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for building and managing cross-team relationships.
  • Punctuality, independence, self-starter with a drive to get things done.
  • Strong knowledge of financial crime KYC/CDD operational processes, with other FinCrime knowledge a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks associated with verification and areas of processes in need.
  • Ability to synthesize complex requests from multiple parties into tangible deliverables within relevant deadlines.
  • Understanding of Wise products and offerings, with the ability to differentiate customers by use case and communicate details, needs, and reasons surrounding customer onboarding status.
