Job Title: Platform Due Diligence Team Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Platform Due Diligence Team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our platform and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support to internal teams and stakeholders on Platform Due Diligence processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing processes and implement new ones, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Partner Oversight teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates to Wise's internal risk-based approach to KYC/CDD, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Escalate and flag concerns and SLA breaches to relevant oversight teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing risk.
  • Support Partner Oversight teams in Partner quality analysis, providing expert feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain a team knowledge base, ensuring ongoing updates and improvements to team processes and procedures.
  • Identify and recommend tooling and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead team members in their career development and growth, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of people leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with other languages a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of Wise KYC/CDD operational processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and self-organize.
  • Strong communicator with ability to build and manage cross-team relationships.
  • Punctual, independent, and self-starter with ability to get things done.
  • Strong analytical skills associated with KYC, including Microsoft Tools, Looker, Sales Force, Jira, Confluence, Workday, Calabrio, Paycom, and knowledge.
  • Able to negotiate with other teams for team benefit.
