About This Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our human resources function in Singapore.

This role will play a pivotal part in driving our people strategy, enhancing organisational capability and fostering a culture that is mission-driven.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our purpose and long-term objectives.
  • Attract and retain top talent, develop leadership pipelines, and enhance learning and development programmes.
  • To ensure our HR frameworks, policies, and best practices are optimised for Singapore's evolving business landscape.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to create an inclusive workforce.
Requirements
  • A seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience in purpose-driven organisations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies supporting large-scale growth and transformation.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement at high levels.
  • Expertise in talent development, employee engagement, and organisational design.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
