Job Title:

Focusing on Strategic People Partnership

The role is focused on developing and implementing a people strategy that drives business growth and improvement.

This position reports directly to the Chief People Officer and will be based in Singapore. The selected candidate will lead the people partnering strategy for corporate functions globally, working closely with senior leaders to drive people and performance outcomes.

A key responsibility of this role is to manage a small team of HR Business Partners located across key international markets. Together, they will act as trusted advisors to senior leaders, delivering strategic HR solutions that align with the firm's business goals, culture, and values.

In this position, the selected candidate will partner with senior executives to provide strategic counsel on organisational design, talent planning, succession, and workforce strategy. They will shape and execute people initiatives that support the firm's long-term growth, including performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and change management.

This is a highly visible and strategic role that requires exceptional stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
